Donna Doss-Spicer is the Founder/CEO of REJOICE! Talent Agency and REJOICE! Performing Arts Studio of Fayetteville, North Carolina.  REJOICE! was started as a Dance Ministry that steadily catapulted into a full performing arts curriculum over a fourteen year span from 1996  to the present.  During this time, she became a Certified Dance Instructor as well as earned her BA in Business.  Along with  eight other instructors,   Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Swing, Body Conditioning, Runway Modeling, Acting, Full Drum Set, Classical Piano, Violin, Guitar, and Vocals are taught in excellence!

Donna is a Regional Director with the Nationally acclaimed Millie Lewis Actor's, Models, and Talent Competition (AMTC)  and one of several National Dance Coaches for AMTC Direct Teams in several states.  Through National contacts made at  AMTC  Workshops and Training sessions,  independent endeavors with projects such as "One Tree Hill," "Hollywood East," "Palmetto Hauntiing,"  "One Last Sunset.,"  and hands on advise and support from National and Local Casting Directors, Producers, and Actors, Donna has resources to bring legitimate, high quality auditions to the plate for her signed talent. She also intends to stay "in the mix hands on" by being on the set as an extra  or background when time permits. She says,  "You'd be amazed at what excellent networking happens on the set....and it's a blast!" 

... Thus, REJOICE! Talent Agency was birthed!
